As of 9 am Friday morning (5/22) students who have qualified for a DL Grade appeal were emailed by Mr. Pereira. You know if you have qualified because you should see an “I” as the grade in one or more courses. This “I” indicates a failing grade which means that you are eligible to appeal. The appeal process is open to students who had been passing a course in each of the previous quarters and/or for the end of the year grade (Y1 for full year courses and S2 for semester courses) and are now failing fourth quarter. You must complete the Appeal Form by Monday, June 1st, 2020. You will then be informed of the appeal decision between Monday, June 8th and Friday, June 12th. Again that Link for the Appeal form, has been emailed. Note: Similar to the Attendance Documentation – you must be signed into your SPS Google Account If you feel that you do qualify, but did not recieve an email please reach out to your child’s school counselor.
