Have you noticed stress balls and fidget gadgets around Ripp? New bean bag chairs and a calming water fountain in the 2nd floor Guidance suite? We are on a mission to empower students with mindfulness skills that support mental and emotional well-being! Mindfulness meditation groups will be starting soon, and will meet during homeroom (times below). If you are interested in taking a break out of your day to learn new and simple techniques to re-group, reflect, and re-focus, then mindfulness meditation is for you!
