In mathematics, there will be resources available for every priority standard needed for mastery of each grade level. We recommend that you go to the grade level that your child just completed and choose standards your child needs additional support with to review over the summer. You may also go to the grade level your child will be a entering in the Fall to get a better understanding the grade level expectations. For the majority of standards, in most grades, there will be a choice of three resources available:
Worksheets - Print worksheets to reinforce standards that students have learned
Interactive Support - Interactive games that students can play to reinforce standards that students have learned. Adobe Flash is needed for most of the interactive activities.
Activities - These are standard based games or activities that can be printed to play with your child and reinforce their skills.
In literacy, there will be resources available for each grade level. We recommend you find your child’s grade level and reading level based on their Reading A - Z level at the end of year. For all grades, there will be two book choices for each reading level available that can be printed. In addition, there will be resources to support key literacy skills by grade level. These skills can include:
- Comprehension Skills
- Phonics Skills
- Grammar & Mechanics Skills
- Vocabulary Skills
Choose the online resource of the grade level your child will be entering in the fall.
