* After completion of the registration application, documents can be submitted the following ways: 

  1. Uploaded directly into the application
  2. Dropped off in a sealed envelope in the lobby of the Government Center in the Mailbox (by the window) labeled: SPS: OFCE (no appointment needed)
  3. Making an appointment with your child's school 
  4. Email: ofce@stamfordct.gov
