Every student has a story. How has a teacher, a class or an experience affected you? How does Stamford Public Schools Challenge, Inspire or Prepare you for success? Share your story and give our community a glimpse into SPS education in action!
Stamford Public Schools (SPS), in partnership with Stamford Board of Realtors, the Ferguson Library and a number of community organizations, invites you to enter the 2018 SPS Video Challenge.
Students, staff members or alumni are encouraged to create a short video (up to 2 minutes in length) that demonstrate the essence of the SPS vision: “The Stamford Public Schools . . . will challenge, inspire and prepare all students to be productive contributing members of society.”
Entries are being accepted through May 1, 2018 by uploading as a private file. The videos will be judged by a panel of local communications professionals. Videos will be recognized in various categories, including best overall, best content, as well as awards for the age range of the production team.
The most exceptional videos will be showcased at the “Stamford STEMFest Digital Showcase” being held at the UConn Stamford Concourse on the evening of Friday, May 18, 2018, and used in various venues to help promote a positive image of the Stamford Public Schools.
