Stamford Coalition of Parents Expecting Success The Stamford Coalition of Parents Expecting Success (SCOPES) is a committee of the Parent Teacher Council of Stamford in partnership with Stamford Public Schools. SCOPES serves as a parent support network and community resource on special education issues. SCOPES will host regular meetings throughout the school year on special education topics.
