Continuum of Support

Stamford Public Schools is committed to educating students with disabilities in the least restrictive environment based on the specific requirements in the student's individual education plan (IEP).

The SPS Continuum of Services illustrates the range of placements designed to meet the diverse needs of students with disabilities.  The goal is to ensure that students are educated with their non-disabled peers to the maximum extent possible. Individualized supports, services, and accommodations are provided to help each student with disabilities achieve their full academic potential.
