PreSchool Special Education Services

Stamford Public Schools Preschool Special Education Team consists of trained, licensed, and certified professional educators dedicated to the needs of children ages three to five. Our programs span a wide range of services and provide educationally appropriate special education services for children with and without identified special needs.

Entrance Criteria:

To be considered for support services, a child must be evaluated and found to be eligible for special education. Upon evaluation and determination of eligibility an Individualized Education Plan (IEP) is designed to address specific areas of concern and to establish specific goals for the child.
