Move to Exclude Process
The Board of Education has the right to expel any pupil where the Board has cause to believe that the student engaged in conduct on school grounds or at a school-sponsored activity which endangers persons or property, is seriously disruptive of the educational process, or violates a publicized policy of the Board of Education, or conduct off school grounds which is
seriously disruptive of the educational process and violates a publicized policy of the Board.
Move to Exclude refers to the process that is initiated when a principal feels suspension is not sufficient and when the principal has cause to believe that the student engaged in conduct on school grounds or a school-sponsored activity that endangers persons or property, is seriously disruptive of the educational process, or is violative of a publicized Board policy, or conduct off school grounds which is seriously disruptive of-the educational process and violates a publicized policy of the Board.
