Stamford Public Schools invites all families to apply for the General Education Peer Program at APPLES for the 2026-2027 academic year. This program offers a premier, inclusive learning environment, focusing on social growth, discovery, and school readiness.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
To qualify for the 2026-2027 academic year, applicants must meet the following:
Age: Child must be 3 years old on or before September 1, 2026.
Residency: Open to all City of Stamford residents.
Employment: Open to all City of Stamford employees (regardless of residential status).
PROGRAM HOURS
APPLES offers a flexible schedule to support working families:
Before Care: 7:30 AM – 8:00 AM
School Day: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
After Care: 1:00 PM – 4:30 PM
HOW TO APPLY
Spaces in the Peer Program are limited! Secure your child’s spot and give them the "educational head start" they deserve. The application is for children not receiving special education services.
