Current SPS student records can be obtained from your child's school's guidance department. If you need assistance, please contact your school office.
If you are no longer enrolled within Stamford Public Schools, but need to obtain SPS records, please follow the below instructions:
Fill out the Request Form and submit it on line using the links provided below:

After you submit your request on line, you will need to verify your identity by providing a photocopy of driver’s License, state ID, or passport. You can send your information by email or by fax to Attention: Rebecca Cruz

Important
- We do not process: SAT or Diplomas (only transcripts).
- We are unable to process school records or transcripts from the following institutions: private or state schools, religious schools or academies Wright Tech, GED, and Adult Education.
- For Graduates and Non-Graduates: School records are available up to end of June 2023. If you need records from June 2024, please contact the school from which you attended or graduated.
- If you did not pick up your diploma at time of graduation, please email me at rcruz@stamfordct.gov to see if the diploma is still available.

- If you are requesting your child’s records for another school, please go to the school your child was attending. DO NOT fill up the form. If your child has been withdrawn for more than 1 year, you can email me at rcruz@stamfordct.gov
- Please note: FERPA laws give us 45 days to process information.
- Parents can request records for their child if the child is under 18. If your child is over 18, please have them email me for their records. Records cannot be released or shared with the parents unless the child over 18 gives permission for such.
