Vision 2025 is the roadmap to ensure we reach and exceed the goals outlined in our 2022-2027 District Strategic Plan. Vision 2025 defines the framework, supports and assessments that will be implemented to ensure we attain the goals associated with each of district's five strategic pillars.

Similar to the work completed in 2021-2022, SPS will begin the review and evaluation process for the current Strategic Plan in the Spring 2025.  Starting with an internal review by Cabinet and the District Leadership Team, SPS will hold stakeholder feedback session throughout 2025-2026 in support of the development of a 2027-2032 Strategic Plan and the associated Vision 2030.
